Return and Exchange

At Sadn, your satisfaction matters to us.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item — as long as it’s in the same condition you received it in.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Have all tags and packaging intact.

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging cannot be accepted.


Return & Exchange Fees

A return or exchange service fee of 100 EGP will be applied to cover shipping and handling.
This amount will be deducted from your refund or collected upon exchange.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.

  3. Our team will arrange a pickup from your address.

  4. Once the item is inspected and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Accessories (caps, socks, etc.)

  • Sale or discounted items
